One subscription covers your whole organisation: unlimited workspaces, websites and teammates, every integration and AI triage. Report usage is shared across the organisation. Each report or shared packet counts once, including its AI follow-up question.

No. Teammates are unlimited on every plan. Customers send reports from the widget and share packets from a link without a Rebase account, so they cost nothing either.

Yes. Each teammate connects their own coding agent, such as Claude Code, Cursor or Claude Desktop, with a personal token that expires. The agent reads reports through five read-only tools and can’t change anything in Rebase.

Nothing is charged automatically. When the month’s allowance runs out, processing pauses with a 5% backup buffer, and once that is full, new reports are turned away without being saved until the allowance resets or you change plan.

Screenshots and captured details are kept for 30 days on Starter, 90 on Growth and 180 on Scale. Replays are kept for at most 30 days on every plan. A report’s title and description stay until you delete it.

No. Every plan includes AI triage within its report allowance. Follow-up questions appear only when useful, and a workspace owner can turn AI off in settings.

When checkout is available, add a card to start a 14-day trial with 100 reports in total. The trial allowance does not reset and you are not charged early. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid renewal.
